Your obligations as a user of these courses.
Everything in the courses is covered by international copyright laws. That means it does not belong to you, no matter where you live. It belongs to me, Colin Pearce and nothing in these terms is alterable unless you have written authorisation from me. So far you don't.
LET US SPELL THAT OUT.
a. Just because you subscribed to a course does not mean you have acquired any rights to use it in any way at all, other than as a private student reading and viewing it online for yourself and yourself alone.
b. You are not allowed to;
- sell the content to any other person or persons or organisations,
- teach the content to any other person or persons or organisations,
- give the content to any other person or persons or organisations,
- illustrate a course of your own by revealing pieces of the course videos, audios, or downloadable lesson materials publicly,
- illustrate a course of your own by revealing pieces of the course videos, audios, or downloadable lesson materials for a private organization,
- download or link to the content for the purposes of offering the content as an online course.
c. You can't give someone else access to your subscription ID or use your personal subscription to facilitate any of the above in b.
Our obligations as a provider of these courses.
We will endeavour to maintain transmission of the courses to the best of our ability given the fact that we are using a third party provider, viz; Thinkific.com and any 'outages', 'downtime' or other breaks in delivery can only be the responsibility of Thinkific or your local Internet services provider.
We will endeavour to respond to questions or complaints within 24 hours of receiving them.
To reiterate what is promised in our privacy policy, your details will not be revealed, shared with, or sold to any other party.
